Ready for the next step? You can prepare for our meeting by providing the following: * Contact information for you and anyone else who is on Title. If your spouse is deployed, we require a Power of Attorney * If the property is held in an entity, we will need all pertinent information and contact information for your financial advisor or CPA * List of improvements and repairs (with invoices) made during your ownership * Title documents from when you purchased the property, including but not limited to; Survey/ILR, floorplan, inspection report(s), repairs, Title Commitment, warranties, etc. * Questions you have about the process
